Try this power packed class that combines traditional Pilate’s “core” exercises interlaced with strength training/toning and low impact cardio segments. Fitness expert, Paula Van Alstine will lead this fun and innovative hour. The mind/body focus of Pilate’s will target muscles that lead to a healthy, strong powerhouse (spine, abdominals and posture muscles). Low impact movements will increase heart rate and burn fat. Simplicity of movement will make this unique class effective and fun for all levels. Participant must supply their own pair of 5 lb. dumbbells, an inflated fitness ball and a sticky mat.

Participants may join in anytime throughout program – cost will be pro-rated.
