If you do not recognize the number on your form as being your Social Security number or your Federal I.D., it is probably your driver’s license number (what DMV refers to as a "T" number). Our computer does not allow us to enter a "T", so we must use the number 3 in place of the "T". Please check your driver's license and see if the rest of the numbers match.
