1.) Contact Community Development/ Zoning for permits. 2.) Contact the Clerk's Office to register the fictitious and/or trade name. (A trade name is any name besides your own.) 3.) The Commissioner of the Revenue's office needs to see the originals of all the above information issued from Community Development/Zoning and Clerk's Offices.The license is issued by the Commissioner of Revenue's office.
