EBT stands for Electronic Benefit Transfer. This is a safe, easy and convenient way to use your food stamp benefits. With EBT you will be using a plastic card called the "Cardinal Card", and a four-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) to purchase food items at participating grocery stores.
