There are five groups of people who are eligible for Medicaid. They are: (1) Aged, over 65 years of age. (2) Blind (3) Permanently disabled people, must be determined by Social Security or Virginia Dept. of Rehabilitative Services. (4) Pregnant women (5) Adults who are caring for their children who are under the age of 19 years. (6) Children who are under the age of 19 years.
