Looking for a fun way to help your child grow mentally, physically, and socially this winter? Our 8-week gymnastics, tumbling, and cheer programs do just that! Athletes will develop strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, self-confidence, and important life skills like teamwork, decision-making, and respect for others.
Gymnastics
With over 12 classes for ages 6 months to 18 years, there’s something for every child! Classes include, but are not limited to:
Action Gyms: Ages Walking to 5 years | Body awareness and coordination are the focus of this fun class.
Intermediate: Ages 5-9 years | For those who know and understand the basic skills but have not yet mastered them.
Red Gyms: Ages 6-17 years | An advanced class for those eager to learn more difficult skills.
Tumbling
Beginner Tumbling: Ages 5–10, | Learn basic tumbling skills.
Advanced Cheer Tumbling: Ages 9–18 | Build strength, flexibility, and tumbling techniques on floor and mats.
Cheer
Pee Wee Cheer: Ages 4–5 | An introduction to cheer basics.
Cheer, Jump & Stunt: Ages 6–18 | Covers motions, jumps, cheer voice, tumbling, and strength-building drills.
Classes take place at the King George Gymnastics Center located at 9100 St. Anthony’s Road (behind the School Board office).
