Why did I receive my tax bill prior years but not this year?

The company who prints our tax bills utilizes the NCOA registry (The National Change of Address registry) which uses all address changes made with the United State Post Office. This does not permanently change your address on your tax bill. Tax bills are forwarded based off the info received by the NCAO registry. After a certain time period, the mail forwarding expires. Please update your address with the Commissioner of the Revenue office 540-775-4664.
