Overview
The Rappahannock River Basin Commission (RRBC) was established by the Virginia General Assembly in 1998 to protect the natural resources of the river and enhance water quality. It's composed of local government officials and citizens and aims to promote the economic and environmental health of the Rappahannock Basin through communication, education, and guideline establishment.
