A system by which the county can notify subscribers by email, text message, alpha-numeric pager, or telephone of severe weather or any other emergency notification. Subscribers can also join groups of interest to receive non-emergency notifications (i.e: Parks and Recreation cancelling of afternoon soccer practice).
