This team assesses the strengths and needs of troubled youths and families approved for referral to the team and identifies and determines the services required to meet those needs. The Community Policy and Management Team appoints members. The FAPT includes a representative from the following agencies: Social Services, Public Schools, Rappahannock Area Community Services Board & Court Services unit. The team also includes a family representative.
