Please follow these procedures for your computer access:
After you have joined the meeting, please mute your microphone.
Use a headset with a microphone for the best speaking and hearing quality.
Public comment requests must be made at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled meeting. Example: if the meeting is scheduled to begin at 5:30 p.m., requests must be submitted by 5:20 p.m.
Please only use the chat feature to state that you would like to make a public comment.
County staff will notify you when it is your turn to make your comment.
Unmute your microphone and state your name, address, and proceed with your comment. You have three minutes to make a public comment.
