Online Volunteer Coaching Forms (updated 2/4/26)
All youth sports volunteers must complete several requirements prior to being authorized to coach youth sports with KGPR, including a Volunteer Application, a Coaches Code of Ethics, and a Background Check Request. All head coaches for youth sports leagues must also complete the NAYS certification process. To gain access to these requirements, volunteers must create an Ankored account here:
